Cyberika was founded in 2024 by Ved Votodef (if you say it backward, it will be Fedotov Dev). CyberNet-28 is the capital of Cyberika. Ved Votodef has disappeared in the 2030 year, in unclear circumstances. In 2035 someone finds a note in his office: "files". Nobody knows what is it!
